This review is for Ally Damato I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I had an appointment scheduled, and she canceled just three hours before I was supposed to be there, saying she was sick. I completely understand that things happen, and I even asked her to text me back with a new date and time when she felt better. Unfortunately, she left me on read. Two days later, I reached out again because I have an important event on the 23rd and needed to reschedule. I didn’t receive any response. After waiting several hours and feeling stressed about my upcoming event, I expressed how frustrated I was. She responded immediately to that message — but still didn’t provide a new date or time to reschedule. I understand emergencies happen, but communication and professionalism are very important, especially when clients are planning around important events. I was really hoping for better communication and follow-through. very bad business 😡

Linda has styled my hair for years. She is fantastic at listening and providing guidance.

Treated my daughter in law to a cut and color with Linda and she was great! Julie loved how it turned out! Thank you Linda!

Awful. My 8 year old sister could do better. She kept messing up and putting another layer on. There was so much hair in my nails she said "the clear coat would make it no more" I was so angry I went home and took off the Polish.
